Our attorneys provide advice on the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), foreclosures, creditors’ rights, consumer law compliance, State and Federal Laws, Rules, Regulations and Internal Revenue Code. We litigate claims on behalf of banks and other creditors, and vigorously defend claims made against banks.
