Since joining the firm in 2014, Tim has developed a practice focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions, advising borrowers, lenders, developers, and investors in complex matters. He regularly serves as counsel on commercial closings, overseeing due diligence, title review, and the coordination and issuance of title insurance.

Tim also represents banks and other creditors in foreclosures, repossession actions, bankruptcy matters, and related collection proceedings.

He earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University.
