William T. Wade, Jr. joined Bell, Orr, Ayers & Moore in 2003. Mr. Wade focuses his practice on Business Transactions, Real Estate, Corporate, Landlord/Tenant, Business Formation and Planning, and Banking. Among other practice areas, Mr. Wade regularly advises clients with respect to the purchase and sale of businesses and the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial real estate. He has significant experience in assisting business clients with the negotiation, preparation, and review of a wide range of contracts and agreements. Mr. Wade is a 2003 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law. During law school, he served on the staff of the Kentucky Law Journal. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky in 2000.
