William Kilgore joined Bell, Orr, Ayers & Moore in 2023, and focuses his practice on business and real estate matters. Mr. Kilgore regularly advises clients in the purchase and sale of businesses, commercial real estate transactions, entity formation, and general contracting. He also has experience representing borrowers and lenders in commercial lending transactions.
Mr. Kilgore received his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. During law school, he served as a staff editor of the Kentucky Law Journal. Prior to joining BOAM, Mr. Kilgore worked for a large firm based out of Lexington.
