Timothy Edelen joined the firm in 1988. In his general civil practice, he routinely counsels businesses and individuals on employment, commercial, insurance, personal injury, eminent domain (condemnation) and utility law matters. The majority of Tim’s practice is devoted to litigation in these and other areas. He also serves as mediator for disputes in these areas.

Tim is a 1987 graduate of the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, where he served as a Manuscript Editor on the law review, then known as the Journal of Family Law. He received his undergraduate degree (in Accounting) in 1984 from the University of Kentucky. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a member of the Bowling Green-Warren County Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Kentucky Defense Counsel, Inc.
