Paul T. Lawless serves as the managing shareholder. He joined Bell, Orr, Ayers & Moore in 1997, and focuses his practice on general civil litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, commercial and business litigation, creditor’s rights/collections, and criminal defense. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lawless served as a Law Clerk for the 8th Judicial Circuit Court in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He assisted Circuit Judges with research, preparation of Opinions and provided similar support services as requested.

Mr. Lawless received his law degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1996. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky in 1993.
