Lucas Humble joined BOAM in 2012 and focuses his practice on assisting businesses and business owners. He regularly provides legal representation on business purchases and sales – particularly, retail store operators and middle market and Main Street (“Mom and Pop”) businesses – commercial real estate and leases, and other business transactions and contracts. He also provides ongoing general counsel services to companies of varying sizes.

Lucas received his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he was named to the Order of the Coif. During law school, he served on the Editorial Board of the Kentucky Law Journal, which selected his student note for publication.

Outside of the office, Lucas enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and coaching his son’s 14U inline hockey team. He has held director positions on several nonprofit boards and serves in various leadership roles in his church.
