Lucas Humble joined BOAM in 2012 and focuses his practice on representing businesses and business owners in commercial real estate matters, leasing, and complex business transactions. He regularly leads transactions involving the acquisition and sale of middle-market companies, guiding clients through deal structure, negotiation, and closing.

Lucas also serves as outside general counsel to businesses and institutions across a variety of industries. He routinely advises clients on legal, operational, governance, and strategic matters and serves as trusted counsel to organizations in the retail, commercial real estate, education, healthcare, and professional services sectors.

Lucas received his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he was named to the Order of the Coif. Outside of the office, Lucas enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and coaching his son’s 14U inline hockey team. He has served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations and is active in leadership roles at his church.
