Franklin Milam joined Bell, Orr, Ayers & Moore in 2021, and focuses his practice on general civil litigation, including insurance defense, personal injury, and commercial and business litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Milam served as a clerk to Fayette County Commonwealth Attorney Lou Anna Red Corn. Mr. Milam received his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. During law school, Mr. Milam served as the President of the Veterans Law Society and a volunteer tax preparer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. Mr. Milam enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 2006 and continues to serve in the Marine Corps Reserves while at the firm.
