Mr. Mauldin joined Bell, Orr, Ayers & Moore in 1980, and focuses his practice on civil litigation, representing businesses, insurance companies, municipalities, as well as individuals, in federal and state courts, at both the trial and appellate level, in the areas of product liability, personal injury, contract, commercial and construction disputes, municipal law, insurance coverage disputes and general tort law.  Since 2001, he has frequently served as a mediator in these practice areas. Mr. Mauldin received his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he served on the staff of the Kentucky Law Journal.
