Barton D. Darrell joined the firm in 1987 and is licensed to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky as well as its federal courts. He is a 1987 graduate of the University of Louisville School of Law and a 1984 graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College. Bart Darrell is a member and past president of the Bowling Green-Warren County Bar Association and is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Kentucky Defense Counsel. He is a past vice chair of Kentucky’s Council for Postsecondary Education, overseeing the operation of Kentucky’s colleges and universities. He is a Fellow with the American College of Trial Lawyers and Litigation Counsel of America. From 2013 to 2020, Bart Darrell served as President of Kentucky Wesleyan College, and holds the status of ‘President Emeritus’ of the college. Currently, he is the Chancellor of HealthForce Kentucky and Vice-President of Owensboro Health.
Bart Darrell is a formally trained and certified mediator and serves as a mediator in civil and domestic litigation throughout the state of Kentucky. He has been certified as a Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
